Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms. You are responsible for use of the Services by anyone who accesses them through your account.

A violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, removal of content, and any other remedy available at law or in equity, including referral to law enforcement where appropriate. Fees already paid remain subject to the refund terms in the Terms of Service and to non-waivable law.

Prohibited conduct

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• Use the Services for an unlawful purpose, or to violate sanctions or export-control laws
• Share account access, resell a subscription, or circumvent plan limits
• Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or bulk-export Thrive signals, data feeds, or models
• Interfere with the Services, probe for vulnerabilities, or launch a denial-of-service attack
• Redistribute, republish, or commercialize Thrive content without permission
• Use the Services for market manipulation, wash-trading coordination, or fraud
• Upload malware, harass users, or infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Thrive, or impersonate any person

Enforcement

Thrive may investigate suspected violations and may cooperate with law enforcement. Thrive determines, in its reasonable judgment, whether conduct violates this Policy. Questions may be sent to legal@thrive.fi.
